hello chaps

Was looking for a general terms and conditions template with regards to renewing dbs, for instance if i attened a domestic db change and found various faults whilst renewing final circuits after dead testing. Only just gone on my own and want to cover myself from customers who think changing a db makes you responsible for all faults on final circuits.

I'm sure there were general T&C's kicking around on here about a year ago.
I don't know if they would be what your looking for???

On a side note,, We used to publish our T&C's online, until we were contacted by a "customer" 300 miles away to complain about our work. Turns our some cowboy had simply used our T&C's and issued to the customer...
