Hello all, does anyone have a sample terms and conditions template I could adapt.
I have terms on the bottom of my letterheads but when I read them they don't sound too professional so I could do with updating them.
thanks to anyone who has

Everyone T&Cs are differnet. To be honest you just need to put down the agreement with your customer ie cost /payment terms/ guareentee etc... It does not have to be a long winded T&C.

12.Whilst undertaking testing worksand periodic inspections, it is the responsibility of the client to disconnectfrom the mains any sensitive equipment which will be damaged by high voltages, this may include computers, telephones, charging equipment and kitchenappliances. You must inform CSES if you suspect that any PIR outside lightingequipment may be connected to the socket ring main.
13.Billing. For work of an estimated protracted period ofmore than one month, CSES Ltd will invoice clients on a two weekly period formaterials and labour costs.

Hi, When I first started out I joined a web site providing basic legal documents - I think it might have been "simply docs". It was good enough to get going. ultimately T&C's are specific to your business and should be checked over by a lawer....but then there's the cost which you have to weigh up. Always good to view another company as mentioned above!
