Went to job saturday to connect boiler and ufh. Asked client where db was he said in garage and he had recently had it changed. looked at board new 17th edtion one all bonding was present by the db was the test cert so had alook at it i was shocked to find there was no test results for r1 and r2, ring final circuit so when filling in my own cert and was doing r1 and r2 couldnt get no reading and no reading on zs either but he had filled in his zs results. I bought the problem up with the customer who said he had paid this bloke a lot of money for the job. he asked me to write a report about the work and he will take it up with the complaints department of the scheme he was registered with. how would u guys word what was found in a letter

Without hesitation,I would say DO NOT DO SO
If he wants profesional assistance to assess his installation, then carry out a Pir where your opinions on the safety of the installation can be recorded
Point out on this report what is compliant, but make no assessment of why it became non compliant, thats not your job and is dangerous ground to step on
