A client has had a fire next door to her holiday cottage and the fire brigade have turned off her electricity and needs a form B to have it turned back on, which form is she talking about?

Its normally a partial EICR confirming dead tests, who is your DNO they may habe a "Appx form B" that accompanies test results, give them a call.

As with High Tower. "Dead tests" to confirm safe to power up then "live tests" to confirm installation is safe to use --- esentially a full EICR unless you've been doing some re-wiring in amongst it all!.

Each DNO/Fire Service seem to have different procedures for the same result so a chat to both should confirm exactly what format they want the EICR presenting in.
