Test sheets?

What have people been using for their commissioning certificates? I have come across an example in the dti book but I wondered if anyone was using anything more professional?

Check out this BRE Guide it is very helpful.
Pages 44-53 have all relivent PV commisioning forms.

Thanks fella. I have that book already and I suppose I'll have to use it as a template to make my own test forms. I was hoping there may be a professionally printed document out there somewhere that I could get.

Its the exact form I copied and printed myself. I have seen a NICEIC test certificate but when I asked the NICEIC they say they haven't produced one! nor is there one available from their online shop! Like most things the associations can't keep up with the requirements of the industry!

Nic told me theirs will be available by the end of the year ,at present like you all i just made my own although i did download one which looks like an Nic test cert but was blurred i think it was one somebody managed to get from the nic course, if i get time i might do a slightly different version of it (nic certs are copyrighted) and put it on here

When I spoke to the NICEIC, they told me that test forms wouldn't be ready till early part of next year at the earliest.

Spoke to nic today seems the problem is they can't agree on an appropiately extortionate price for these certs (do you think they read these forums? ,only i got my annual visit coming up soon)

Second mortgage price tag I would expect. Got to single handedly fund the NICEIC tea account!

No they do not read these forum discussion. I doubt whether they take any intrest in the needs of their customers. I doubt if they have a customer care policy? They may be in for a big wake up call one of these days.
