Depends if you want seperates or multifunction, i've got a fluke 1652 and love it, very easy to use, megger would be my other choice if i had to replace or another fluke
 
I reckon the mnost popular are the Megger 1552 and the Fluke 1652, although there are other makes about.

You can pick them up on ebay, but be warned, if they do end up going wrong, thens its probably going to cost you the same or sometimes more to fix than a new one would have in the first place.

Do a search on google and you'll find loads of deals on them
 
Ok thanks, will look into it and see what info i can find. As with most items i guess it just depends on what your more comfortable using..:rolleyes:

I don't view it as an essential feature. The tester I use day-to-day doesn't do that test. It doesn't cause me any problems. All low current tests...
