I need to know whether or not the specifications of this multimeter (scroll down till you see the specs): http://www.drapertools.com/products/manuals/60792ins.pdf

Meet these requirements:

First, make sure your DMM is capable of reading DC voltage and that it can read voltages to the 100th place (aka: a "resolution" of .01V.)

Thank you.

Ok, thanks. I'm about to buy one, but I thought actually I'll ask somebody here to choose one for me: [ame=http://www.amazon.co.uk/s/ref=nb_ss?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=digital+multimeter&x=0&y=0]Amazon.co.uk: digital multimeter[/ame]

Since I'm just guessing at which is the best one.
