When testing 2L2.5 & 2L4 pyro what size should be recorded for the cpc when using the outer sheath?
 
'MICC' for me. Whatever the actual csa, I'm sure it is going to easily meet requirements.
 
Yes, the sheath CSA is bigger than that of the line conductor for all multicore MICC as far as I know so will be the correct size. It's only the method of connecting to the sheath that may restrict the size.

It think the larger single core cables have a sheath CSA smaller than the conductor.
