Testing question

Hi all,
If I’m testing a 3 phase board that had single phase board, would I just do a zs on the single and call it Zdb? Someone said do all your tests on the 3phase board like normal then when you move to the single phase do a r2 test from the 3 phase to single phase board so im
Abit confused? Do you do both tests? Then carry out the normal tests on the circuits?

Thanks for any advice and tips

Yes the Zs for the distribution circuit to SP board is also called Zdb or Zs @ db

The circuit from TP board to SP board would feature as a circuit on the schedule of test results for the TP board, so record those results there under the Zs column.

For the SP schedule of test results the Zdb is usually recorded at the top of the sheet.

Remember if you are calculating or checking Zs results from the SP board final circuits the calc would be (R1+R2)+Zdb.
