take cover off. disconnect mains and battery. reconnect mains, pres and release tamper spring 3 times. this should revert to factory codes. reconnect battery, replace cover. try codes 1234 and 4321.

I've just done this reset on my alarm and worked a treat and saved me over ÂŁ100 so thanks for that telectrix đź‘Ť
