Went to see the Doc today about my bad back, got to go for a MRI sometime soon, the thoughts are that I'm wearing out, eroding and it looks like my Sparkin days are numbered, not to bothered about that, will still lbe on the forum though, just if you're at all concerned lol

Yep. I'm only 41 and a specialist told me a few weeks back that I've got a constant injury to my back which is unlikely to ever heal (along with a few other items of note). Oh, and the same scans also showed up that I'll probably need a new hip sometime before I'm 50. Deep joy! Mind you, he also advised me to give up Judo and I just flatly told him that's not happening.

Well I can't give up Judo cause I don't know diddly squat about it, and I aint givin up red vino

So far!

Eroding back sounds a bit grim, I hope it's not too painful. :38:
I get muscle pain in my back occaisonally, but my knees are getting well dodgy.
I'm getting back into serious hill/mountain walking again, in the hope that strengthening my legs will support my knees better.

that'll just wear them out quicker. if you must excercise, do it at home then you don't have to walk back.
