Hi All, thanks for having me here. My name is Chris and I have been working in Building services for getting on for 40 years. I'm a mechanical engineer by trade, and most of my years I have been involved in maintenance and for the last 22 years facilities management. As I'm not electrically biased I hope that I can pop in from time to time for some expert and independent advice.
