Hi all. I'm a retired, very rusty and dimming ex-MOD (60s/70s) sparky and laterly industrial controls engineer who now needs occasional advice on REAL electrics. Current project is complete strip out, down to C1870 bricks and timbers, and rebuild of our bathroom - probably not the best place to start!
