For a while now I have been using the Scantronic iOn-16 with texe bell box, happy with the alarm, never had any call backs and may continue to use this system. I fancy giving another system ago, I always like to learn new things and try new kit out.

I have not had any experience with many other quality wireless alarm systems, I've been looking at the Texecom Ricochet Kit and the Risco 595? But not heard a lot of detailed reviews, something very user friendly, small smart RKP, ideally with a built in dialler as standard would be good.

We use the Risco Agility, which is a completely wireless system (other than power and data to the main unit) compared to the 595/600 where you need to run cables to the RKP and bellbox.

We have around 15 of these out there now (which I know isn't a great deal) but we don't have any problems and can service them remotely, which we find particularly useful as I can do it out of hours.

They are expensive but worth it imo.

not had experience of the agility, but can recommend the 595. as echo says, the bell and keypads are hard wired, but you have wireless zones and if required, hard wired zones as well.
