Builder ruined my marker pen. He asked to borrow it and Pressed really hard onto the brick wall and ruined the nip.

Same happened to me once. My Sharpie is now a blunty. I was ever so annoyed for a good few minutes. I've now got my MP harassing the EU on my behalf to bring in guidance on marker pen nib pressures. As it stands, with no such guidance, I am unable to claim compensation from the builder. Hopefully all that will soon change. Join my campaign if you feel as strongly about this as I do. Alternatively, wee on his boots when he's not looking.
