The customer is always right!!!

Hello all,

I've been a member for a while but i think this is my third post, just trying to get a little more familiar with the forum, so, would like to hear any good stories about any customers who think the regs are exempt in their house!! I know I've had a few.

I put a lot into customer focus and I feel that it works for me 99.5% of the time its the other 0.5% that drives me nuts but thats how the game is played

Most basic one I had was "I don't think I need a certificate for that work and you can't put labels on my CU"

From the industrial side.
The plant would run perfectly if you didn’t put that muck through it! I could have a machine set up and running like a little singer sewing machine, then one of the production animals would wreck it before I’d cleared my tools away.
