Hello, I'm going through my 18th edition regs book and discovered two paragraphs that are identically the same. It is regulation 422.3.1 and 422.4.2. is this deliberate because it matters in both section. I brought this book from IET itself.

I would suggest it may be for clarity that the same Reg' applies to both headers they fall under, I am not saying this is the case as usually they just quote the reg' no' if the same applies but I can see it is still applicable in both cases for similar reasons.

I wouldnt worry about it, chances are you wont get the question on the exam anyway. sure it helps to know in the event the reg is relevant to your task.
Sat it Friday last week and think only 3 out of the 60 questions actually related to new 18th stuff the rest were all old stuff and things you know off top of your head anyway. felt like i was robbed!
