i like the bit where the man from the control centre quickly changes channel to try and predict how much power is needed when eastenders finishes, its nice to know pat buchers face can suddenly switch on a whole power plant to generate power for the nations kettles!

Just seen that now......have to say it was a very interesting programme. Never realised Battersea was such a revolution.
 
Did those family run business electrician guy say they were installing over 300 lighting points and a 100 double sockets in one house, played it back and thats what they saying in a 3 bed. Dont think they ment they were doing a row of them or anything???.

Must admit...I raised an eye at that too......seemed quite a posh high end gaff though with all those stair lights an all.
 
Incidentally, on Lennys' point on stair lights, does anyone know anything about wiring them up, cost etc, of an average house, I've heard about them but never seen them anywhere.
