Will be running in a RFC for a conservatory.... cellotex then screed floor.

Around 6 metres of my run is going to have to go round the edge of floor - run in copex and then the cellotex will butt up against this.

As I read it reg 523.9 only refers to cables totally surrounded, so no de-rating to be applied.

Have I read this correctly ? Just being over cautious as the RFC will be quite loaded with, underfloor heating, panel heater and socket outlets.
