just jammed my mitre saw flash came out of motor ,stripped it down and found a small approx 6mm round bobbin with a winding round it and no continuty through it ,my question is --what is it and where can i get one from?

it's not a thermistor if it's got a winding. could it be [SUP]a radio interference suppressor?[/SUP]

I don't get your cool and trendy radio stations down my way - have to put up with BBC Surrey or listen to the morons play " the ÂŁ1000 pound minute" on 96.4 the eagle each morning - whereby contestant must get 10 correct answers in 1 minute to win ÂŁ1000 and generally can only muster enough intelligence to get 3/10 and only answer questions that directly relate to soap TV or the inside leg measurement of Peter Andre. :6:

31 and half inches I think .................................

I wasn't asking the question Malcom, but, thanks for clearing that up for everyone.
