Hi guys, I do apologize that this is my first post and Im asking for help straight away but here goes.
Im currently doing a HNC in mechanical engineering, in the engineering science module I have an assignment to do with electrical engineering, it has a couple of questions to do with thevenins and nortons theorem, now the lecturer is purely a mechanical engineer and has taught us next to nothing in electrics. I have scoured the internet for info and although there is plenty of info out there im finding it pretty difficult to apply it to the assignment. I suppose what im asking for is a little guidance on the assignment possibly via skype or email, I must stress im not looking for anyone to just do the questions for me but a little assistance in helping me to understand how to apply the techniques to the relevant questions.
Any help is much appreciated
Thanks for reading.

Lee

Welcome to the forum Eddy. What's the scope and rubric of the assignment exactly and how does Thevenins and Nortons theorem feature as part of it?

Here's some info I've just dug out that may help you. If you need more I can have a dig through my old books tomorrow if time allows and scan some appropriate stuff for you.

Maybe read through the pdf, have a bash at some answers and I'll help you out from there.

We also have a trainee section that is custom made for guys on college and training courses, check out this thread and if you do the necessary I can give you access.
