If anybody out there is up to their necks in MCS admin and would like to focus more on what they can do best, i.e. designing great solar PV systems and running an installation team, then we should talk.
From my experience of how the PV market went in Germany, France and Spain after Feed In Tariffs it is likely that long term survival in the market will require a company to be running at least 3 branches in order to streamline admin, smooth out cashflow, pool marketing costs and buy panels by the container load. With this in mind I'd be interested to hear from anybody who feels the same and would want to know a bit more about how a form of cooperation in the market could be beneficial to both sides. Please PM me if you'd like to have a chat about this. We're based in Winchester and would initially be looking for companies about 2-3 hours drive away but would consider other options too.
