Three phase to single phase

Hi guys

Been out to change some down lighters and gone to the board to find some interesting things.

The supply is three phase and what they have done is convert 3 flats upstairs with single phase as well as the shop.

Each phase is going into a separate meter and as there is only a single neutral they have Henley block this to accommodate for extra neutrals, this does not look right.

Also high pscc of just over 6.5ka for fuses design for 6ka

Any help guys ?

Not a problem if the CU enclosure is to BS EN 60439-3 or BS 5486-13 with a main fuse of bs 1361 type ll or BS88 of 100A max , then fault current can be up to 16kA.

How else are you going to provide a neutral to the separated metered supplies??

at the very worst unbalanced three phase load, you have a single phase scenario. its no different to a three phase DB, although its going through meters too!

Again, ...no different to any unbalance present from these now single phase supplies if they had been supplied by the DNO separately.
