TIC and DNC on FIT Form

I am just filling out my EDF FIT Forms and have 16 x Sanyo 250W and 4000TL inverter.

The DNC according to my MCS certificate is 4 KW so I assume I have to state this on the FIT Form.

Not sure what the Total Installed Capacity is. I guess the same !!!!
