I have a Kamasa set which may be still available but the last I saw they were being discontinued. Used with a water spray they are lasting well

What tiles are you drilling? If porcelain you'll need to keep the tile cool by wetting it or your tile will shatter even it's adhered to the wall.

Angle grinders are great for man made ceramic and some soft natural tiles like travertine or soft marble, but if you're up against granite you will go through wheels like there's no tomorrow and they aren't cheap.

If you want to invest - Rubi Easy Gres PLUS Kit 20-75mm Drills Bottle & Multidrill Guide - 50937

This is the kit I have, but I do a lot of bathroom installation so it's well worth my while.

As above for back boxes, anyone know a good one

Either use a tile drill bit and stitch around, or a cutter with a diamond disc or.......Dremel with a diamond micro disc

Or..... Become the flash git in the film "dune" and, without the need for an amplifying device, use his name as the weapon and cut the hole that way.

just an idea I like to think outside the box (ha!)

I have had a google, and found diamond tipped cutters but, for some weird reason nobody makes one with a pilot drill as most other hole saws come with, why is this,it is suggested that you cut a template in timber sheet and use that as a guide but what do you holds the template onto the wall with, another example of a sod awfull solution arrived at without an ample amount of common sense, I have a chap with a engineering workshop removing the spindle and machining a hole that will take a standard 2 pin arbour, then I am going to buy up all the stock of these I can find have them modified and patented and sell them at car boot sales, or I might just keep it a secret and corner the market, and advetise my services as "holes in tiles.com", sod it I am off to the pub

The modern trend for tiles like a paving slab mean they will be ultra hard.
i have a water bottle/chuck drill bit combo that seems to be ok if a bit messy.
it also has a suction pad adjustable guide for the bits
it sticks on the wall and that gets used for the centre rather than a pilot.

Use the force
