going to look at a job which he wants two token metres in flats i know you can get the pre paid tokens which landlord sells tennants but is there a meter you can pick up credit at most shops?

Basically no! the ones that you top up in shops are only for the utility companies,you will have to stay with the ones you are thinking of.

next question they are going to ask is if supply company would put them in and how much they would charge?

not if they are landlords meters,he'd have to have them done himself,an electric board meter would mean they'd be doing the billing.
