What is your favorite/preferred toolbag for domestic work?
I have been looking at the CK T1630 Technician's toolbag (case style) and the CK T1631 Technician's rucksack. I understand there is also a more heavy-duy T1632. But they all seem pretty heavy on their own, let alone with tools in. I'm thinking about domestic work here, not industrial - they seem a bit OTT in terms of ruggedness.
Or do you prefer a tote style bag?

I think it all depends on what type of work you do .Im self employed and work by myself most of the time ,got a fatmax tool tote with a few of my own alterations. All my tools are on display ,which suits me.But on a site that would be an invitation to help yourself!.

got a ck tool bag ... new version but it is a pain to fasten if you have it fully loaded..!! not been thought out properly for depth in side fold down wings..!

I tried the CK technician tool case but I couldn't get on with it. I'm more than happy with my Fatmax tool tote. Even more so if I'm rushing to get everything cleared up and leave site, everything just gets lobbed in and I sort it out later.

Veto Pro Pac for me too (the XXL-F). Pretty pricey at about £150 when I bought it, but really great design and well made. Had it about three years now and would not swap it for anything else.

Veto pro pack for me too bullet proof, weighed it the other day 30kg, got to cut down on my habit.:D

Just be honest - nothing quite compares to that Mr Electrical Diagnostic kit does it!

:) I want one of the ties as well so when i am getting out of the loft i can trap it. mind the other half would have a fit if i wanted the uniform pressing every day

i bought a cheap tote bag from machine mart (around £15 I think) and it does me fine. I also do mainly domestic so not as much chance of 'borrowing' as on site.
