Tools for apprentice

I'm an apprentice and I'm looking to buy some tools for myself. Where the best place to buy?

Also, toolbag or toolbox? And where from?

Help much appreciated.

Are you able to nip in to the wholesaler your company uses??? you'll be able to kit yourself out with the basics there. You may even get a bit of a discount.....depending on how much your gaffer spends.

You can get some good deals shopping around on the internet:

For more specialist stuff you might need to go to your electrical wholesaler, more generic stuff can be picked up cheaply from clearance shops.

Eclipse 20T, have had one for over 25 years and still keep buing them.
NOT insulated etc, but IMHO a damn good hacksaw frame.
Shop around.

irwin ck bahco. more or less the same. i use the ck one

It's all about the blades get some decent starrett ones or irwin cobalts. I use the Irwin frame and knipex insulated junior.

I find CK too be the best make. Only place that sell's their product's near me is my local wholesaler. If you get decent discount and want quality product's go to your wholesaler but if not then use screwfix

I have a stanley Fat Max hacksaw. It's a bit heavy but will go through pretty much anything you throw at it
