Hi there,
I currently have 8 * 250W JA Solar panels going into a Fronius IG20 on a West facing 45 degree pitch roof...
Very rarely does it make the full 2Kw, infact up to now it's never made above 1.6Kw. I have put my stats (albeit 10 panels instead of 8) into the configurator here - Zenex Solar Trade and it says that my inverter is the optimum for this setup.
My question is does the FIT work off the output of the inverter, as opposed to the quantity/spec of panels up there? Also, if doesn't work off the output of the inverter then do I need to do anything when I get these extra two panels added?
