Hi All,
I may be required to use a small tower scaffold in the not to distant future, this is indoors in a college to change some light fittings. Would any kind of earthing to the metal scaffold be required ( Or insulation )?? Any thoughts ?

I always bang a rod in for my scaffold inside or outside ;):D there is no requirement as far as I know not on LV. You can get fiberglass scaffolds if you feel the burning desire to insulate yourself besides it'll most likely come with rubber wheels so you would be technically isolated:D.

Do you have a PASMA certificate as they may ask you for it to ensure you are correctly trained for erecting scaffolding.

From Floor up and if its a school check the contract as the Council may take HnS more seriously with an outside contractor than they do with their own guys Pasma takes a day but dont know about cost
