Trainee solar installer

I have done the relevant course for solar pv installs but cannot get a job as I have no experience. How can i get experience if no one is willing to take me on?

I'd go further than that, i reckon it's going to be virtually a dead duck for quite a while.
The figures just don't add up for the initial outlay!! Not unless the manufacturers of the equipment, drop the prices on them drastically...
