I

Insomia

I would like to know if this is the correct training specification to become a 100% certified and competent Electrician.

C&G 2365 level 2
C&G 2365 level 3
17th Edition.
C&G 2394/95 Inspection & Testing.
NVQ level 2+3.

I would also like to know what the current market capacity/need is for electricians at this current time. If a person or group of workers are willing to travel up/down the country is there work available? I can survive on ÂŁ600 a month for home, transport and food etc. I also want to encourage my 2 brothers to take the same course so we can eventually travel the country and provide a better life for our families.

I don't mean to be cheeky but I'd rather someone with at least 10 years experience answers these questions.

Anyone can go to College and learn these qualifications but it takes a different kind of person to create their own business, manage finance and deal with customers directly.

Thanks anyway.

Matey. This has been done to death on here so use the search function.

these courses you list - how long is the training? Pieces of paper don't necessarily make you competent. Do a gogle search on your area to see how many sparks there are - despite what the training companies say, there is not a massive shortage and wages can be pitifully low.
