training help needed

i have been working along side a electrician for 12 years , im very competent in all aspects of work , mainly i do industrial including panels, new installs



but im not a qualified electrician
i really dont have it in me to go back to school for a few years
any other options to me local to essex please

Cheers pal, I only ask because there would be the nvq 3 quick route, it's basically for guys who have all the experience but no tickets, you can build a portfolio of your work and they will come to site to assess you and as long as you can prove you know what you're doing they should pass you.
There's probably a bit more to it than that
But it's tailored for guys like you.
