Transportable condition reports

Hi guys, hope you can help me with this. I've picked up a few jobs testing Transportable buildings for condition reports... and not being registered with a scheme, I'm struggling to find green certs biased to transportable buildings.

Does anyone know where they are available? Surely its just not the NIC... Surely?

You could also tailor your own forms to only include relevant sections if you have a lot to do.

Yeah, ok thats fair enough. I was just hoping there was a green cert available from the NIC as they're so much more pleasing to the eye, ha ha

I think you are looking for something that doesn't exist. I'm also not sure why you can't use a standard EICR.

Yeah I don't think its available to the common man, but is available to Approved contractors.. Have a look:

I just want it to look more professional rather than a million boxes marked N/A

If you are handy with excel or publisher you could knock some up yourself. Just need to get hold of cert TPN4 to copy, or adjust a model form to relate to what you are doing. This would only make sense if you have heaps to do. If there are only a few, I would just use a standard EICR.

This is different. Instead of carrying out a drive past EICR you can get the building to drive past you.

If you want NIC forms then I assume you’re a member, why haven’t you asked them.
