Welcome to the forum mate.
Have you checked the fuse on the circuit board?
Other than that you could, if you are careful, follow the voltage along its route and see where you dont get it. As you know, mains voltage is dangerous.
 
I'm guessing you might need to hold down 2 buttons simultaneously on the control panel, for maybe 5 seconds...but I would hope the instructions would specify
 
If you have a meter , (and things dismantle ,unplug)
... My first thoughts would be damage to cable leading to display.
..Ohms checks with the power off ..
(If that view is of PSU in the base )

( If within warranty -- claim !) --Things plugged in right ?
 
I'm presuming the warranty has elapsed as that is always the first port of call before opening up any item.

I like this though too, there are too many lights lit on the photographed board to suggest a power supply fault. Be careful, the pcb shown has exposed live parts and expect the motor wiring to be live at mains voltages at all times when plugged in, even when the motor isn't moving.
