what is the procedure for having a tt installation changed to tncs ?
who do you call billing company or dno?
also what will they want to see ?

Hi Mark,

You need to contact the DNO for this.

Basically just ask for a PME enquiry and they will book a date to come and have a look and convert if they can.

One easy way to tell before the get there, is have a look at the overhead lines.

If its a single cable entering the property then generally it can be converted.

Also, have a look along the road at every 3rd pole. if there is a cable coming down to the bottom then again, it should be ok for PME.
