Hi,
I have just taken over a workspace in London.
I have to pay the electricity so want to reduce it.
In the breaker box in the workspace, there is one breaker labelled 'water heater' and one labelled 'storage heater'. I dont need hot water or heating, so i switched the lever to down position for both, which i assume is off....is it ok to just turn these off?
Also, there is a small sink in the room.....the water pipes go into a approx 12cm by 10cm by 8cm white box under the sink...then to the taps.....this white box has a mains cable going into it, from a mains wall socket....i switched this to OFF.....will this be OK?....what might this "white box" actually be?

the white box will be a heater. usually turns on when you turn the wqter tap on. so hot water only when you need to rinse your false teeth.

If money is that tight and savings have to be made I would suggest a workspace outside London's high rent area
Thanks, its taken so long to find this place........the workspace websites are very poor...they dont tell you what the minimum contract is....and it usually is 6 months plus.....the one i have now is 4 weeks notice full stop...it also has a vent pipe in the roof to expel solder smoke.

Nah, that was up my end of the country.
Commercial property near a local town. £1m worth of plants.
we have had 3 houses in our roads used by Albanian drug dealers . Average bust has been £40ks every 2 months .And about £8-15 cash found inside the houses .Went into 2 of them and the man who stayed there was almost living in the bathroom. All the space was used for plants and the watering system. NEVER EVER smelt the skunk. the filtering systems are amazing
