Twin and Earth outside

Just wanted your views or if this actually allowed

There is a outside light around the side of my house, and i just want to fit another light around the side..
could i use twin and earth clipped from the light already there to the new light and basically on the same switch,

I do understand that external influances , sun etc can make life expectacy lower on the cable, just want to know if this is possible and allowed??

worse then badly clipped T+E? Mortars to soft bricks to hard etc. Conduit would be quicker and easier and look better IMO

Only to the non-belivers!! You can make it look a pretty good job using 16mm conduit and fittings
