Hi, I'm after some advice. I want to make up an extension lead with a slight difference. 8m lead from plug and then split into 2 separate 3m cables each with a socket. I have not been unable to find a suitable 'doubler' connection other than using a standard household junction box. Anyone know of a suitable connector?

I don't want to use a twin socket and then plug in two short connections.

Plastic adaptable box , with din rail and then Klippon/WAGO connectors, Using stuffing glands for all the flexible cable.

You could even go ultra smart and use a small enclosure with perhaps a couple of MCBs in them and so be able to isolate one leg of the lead, and also if a fault developed on one side chances are the other side would stay active.

Always the option of using Ceeform 16a 1ph plugs or daisy chaining the power out of the first one. See it all the time on stage in the events I work on and it does the job and passes the PAT side of it as well.

Usually when people ask questions like that there's a much simpler alternative available commercially.

What is it you're trying to achieve, ie what's it for?
