two towel rads and one fused spur

hi all. i have a customer who wants to had a second towel rail to an existing one. the fcu's i've seen only seem to accomadate one flex, any one know of a product that will accept two flex's without the need to add another spur. they are not to much for a 13amp fcu as only about 700watts each. if any of that makes sense.
