hello i am changing a distribution board in a flat. the pfc is 6.3 ka can i get away with type b 6ka mcbs have them all ready or would i have to use type c 10 ka mcbs

The 6kA breakers are not capable of withstanding the prospective fault current so you need to use the 10kA breakers.
