types of cables and alternatives

i have got the task of connecting a windyboy turbine and the cables needed are specd as


Windy Boy recommended connection cables below.

Windy Boy Protection Box to Windy Boy 3000:
Silivolt-E 4.0mm2 stranded cable
(Cable length: maximum 2.0 metres)

Windy Boy Protection Box to Load Resistor:
Radox GKW-LW/S 3 x 2.5mm2
(Cable length: maximum 3.0 metres)

none of my wholesalers can get these quickly or in small quantities
does anyone know what an equivelant to these would be someone said the silivolt is used in pv installations
