Unable to bury SWA

[Progressing]

I'm installing a similar sort of set up this weekend.

Instead of installing a board in the shed I'm fitting a 13 amp switched fuse next to an outdoor weatherproof socket. Then from there running 2.5mm high tuff along the perimeter wall to the shed and 2 double sockets with another 13 amp switched fuse feeding a bulkhead light. 30m run clipped direct. Well within regs?

What is wrong with using 2 core SWA? I always use it (having said that, very little on domestic) and always ensure it meets the minimum size laid out in the table. I can't see the problem?
