Under cupboard down lights

Greetings.
Can anyone recommend a brand of small under cupboard downlights.
They are for a placing in a bedroom, they will be placed just above a mirror and will be attached to the under side of a cupboard just above the mirror so a lady can sit in front of the mirror and put her make up on.
I would like to have them dimmable.
Will they haveto be 12V?
