Underfloor heating off immerser circuit

EICR, electric under floor heating taken off 16 amp rcbo, 2.5mm T&E radial for the electric immerser (which is used), via a SFS. Would you code or comment?Regards

Thanks guys. I was considering simply a comment, as there is a fcu and it's only 160W/m2 in a small bathroom. Don't know why they didn't use the rfc which was just as accessible. I much prefer to keep the immerser radial dedicated unless the immerser is no longer in use.
