Underfloor Heating

Been asked to fit underfloor heating and wanted to know if there is any issue with running a 13 amp switch fused spur off the ring. The manufacturers instructions say 16a max required.

i depends whats on the ring in question you wouldnt want it on the kitchen ring

if poss i would run a new circuit

Fused spur is no problem. Just make sure you are in the correct zone if its a bathroom.

Did one last week, was only a piddly 300 watt kit though. Just spur from a local radial and fused down to 3 amps
