Come across this scenario today and wondered other peoples thoughts

EICR on an industrial unit,

switch-fuse at origin, in intake cupboard, then run of SWA as sub main say 25 meters into an old MK distribution board TPN the old sentry type with 3871 mcbs

the board has no main isolator switch at all, just a Connection point where the 3 phases are lugged onto and a blanking plate where main switch should be

I'd say as it was correct at the time of the install (14th/15th edition) then no alterations need to be made. As its only a EICR note all findings and add recommendations.
