Hi all..wondering if anyone could help me. i have an old wylex consumer unit and wish to upgrade it. the incomer fuse is 63A and the main switch on the board is 63amps.is it possible to install a new board with 100A main switch?
 
the 100A is the max. current capacity of the main switch. don't matter what the current drawn is as long as it's not more than 100A
 
and if it is and the DNO fuse dont POP!!!! welllll......
