usb wall outlet

I want to know if there are any usb wall plates with no socket outlet and normal terminations because the ones i have found have only got the usb and 4 pins sticking out of it and i dont want to solder and i cant work out how to wire it for power anyway
what i am trying to do is wire up this port above where i keep my electricals so i can charge them without bulky plugs in the way i dont want it connected to the computer (do i need a transformer)

you can get wall sockets with a USB connector on them that only does charging, I don't like them though, there's the ones that look like a plug but with no flex/wire and you just shove the USB device in to charge as well....plates with just a USB charger in them are not available as far as I know....apart from custom Dado rail units for retail display stands

im not looking for anything with normal sockets as i have wired up a socket next to where i will put it all i would like to so is put a spur from the socket to the usb socket

MK do a Euro Size double USB socket (K5837) just need to add a suitable Euro faceplate.
