Just wasted about an hour trying to speak to the correct people to have isolation put into an address.
Eventualy got through to the meter reading people at British Gas, who I have to say were VERY helpful and knowledgeable.

Just for info too, price quoted was 39 pounds to install isolation AND remove old economy7 gear..!
